For How Long can I Hold the Products in My Cart?The item/s reserved in your cart will expire 35 minutes from the time when the first item was added to cart. After 30 minutes we will flash a message "TIME IS RUNNING OUT" and then you need to checkout within 5 minutes to avoid losing your favourite products to other shopaholics.
However, if you still want the item and your cart timer has expired, you can anytime return to the sale and put it back in your cart (subject to availability).
I Have Placed an Order but it does not Appear in 'My Account' Section?Do not worry!
You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details in the 'My Account' section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon.
Can I Change the Billing Address for My Account?Yes. Changing your Billing Address is easy and simple.
Just go to My Account>Billing & Shipping Address, change your details/information and click on Save.

Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Particular Order?
Sorry! Once with an order already placed, you will not be able to make any further changes to your Shipping Address for that particular Order.
How Do I Cancel My Order?Changed your mind and do not wish to buy the product that you have ordered?
Within 24 hours from the date of purchase, just write to us at email@example.com asking for a cancellation. After the cancellation of a pre-paid Order, a full refund will be initiated to your account within 2-3 days through the same mode that you had used for the payment.
In case of an Express Order/s, the products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. As a result, an order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed or shipped.
Since, cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we purchase the product from our vendor as per your commitment to pay and ship your order without any pre-payment, we do not take cancellations after we have received the merchandise from the vendor.
How Do I Track the Status of My Order?
Click on to 'My Profile' and then the 'Order History' section on your Thoni Burkas account to view all details like the order number, date of order placement, product and quantity, value, payment mode and status of the order.
What if it is a Prepaid Order that is being Cancelled?
Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full cash refund will be initiated to your account within 2-3 days through the same mode that you had used for payment in the case of a pre-paid Order.
How Do I Confirm the Cash on Delivery Order?
Once you have checked all the details including product/s, shipping address and payment mode, click on 'Commit' and your order is placed.
You will receive an automated call from 0124-4123000 where you can simply press 1 to confirm your order. Missed our call? No worries! Simply call our customer care and we will assist you.
How Do I Add More Products to My Order Placed on Fashion And You?
At Thoni Burkas, you can add more items to your cart before you complete your transaction. Once an Order number is generated you will notbe able to add more items to the same Order.

How Can I Use the Voucher in My Account to Place an Order?
Any Voucher that you earn is visible on the Summary Page of your Thoni Burkas account. Once your Vouchers are credited to your account, you can choose to use them towards all or part of any purchase on the website.
While placing the order, you have an option which says "More Saving". Simply select which one(s) of the Vouchers you would like to use.
• You can use the "Promo Code" which is available for general use.
• You can also use "Personal Coupon" which only makes you eligible for a particular offer.
Once you select the voucher, the equivalent value will be deducted from the total amount of your order. But, you can only use one Voucher at any given point of time. If necessary, you can then complete the payment for the remaining sum by selecting your payment method.
Please note that if the sum of the vouchers selected is more than the total amount of your order, the difference will not be refunded to your account.
What are the Shipping Charges that are Levied?
Thoni Burkas offers free shipping on all pre-paid orders (i.e. on all credit card orders). On Cash on Delivery orders we charge a shipping fee of INR 99 for orders below INR 999. In case of part shipment, pertaining to any order, the delivery charge for COD orders, shall be payable at the time of the delivery of the first product in relation to the relevant order.

What if Someone Else is Shopping for the Same Product as Me and it is the Last Piece Available?
In such a scenario, it is the 'fastest finger first'! Whosoever puts it in the cart first will be able to buy it. You need to checkout before your cart time expires; otherwise the product will disappear from your cart and be made available to others.
What should I Do if My Area Falls under the Non-Serviceable Pin Code?
It is our sincere effort to service our customers all over the world but currently there are only 7500 locations across India where we offer courier services.

Whichof the Purchased Items can be Returned?
While our endeavour is always to get you the best products as per your liking and desires, there can be times when you would not like the fit, colour or design of your product(s). In such cases, we do accept returns on apparel and footwear.
However, there are certain product categories which fall under the "No Return/Exchange Policy", unless there is an inherent damage or quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our vendor's side.

Why Do I Have to Self-Ship My Items?
Though we want to offer our services to our customers from every corner of the earth and we are working towards this goal, but at the present moment there are certain pin-codes which are not being serviced by our courier partners. In such cases, you have to self-ship your products that you wish to return or exchange and these should reach our Return Cell within 10days.
Will I Receive Voucher/s in Case of Self-Shipped Product/s?
For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100/- towards your shipping costs as an e-voucher which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

My Return Request was initiated but Reverse Pick up has not yet been Done, What should I Do?
There can be a rare chance where a situation like this may arise, where you have initiated a reverse pick up and no one has come to collect your order/product. My Item Arrived Damaged or Defective, What should I Do?
All the products available at Thoni Burkas go through a rigorous quality and hygiene check before being dispatched to our customers.
However, if on a rare chance you have received any damaged/defective product please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs. Our customer care team will assist you accordingly.
Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through cash on delivery mode, and if your payment was made through credit/ debit card or by net banking then the amount will be credited back to your bank account from where the payment was made.
Why There is No Return, Refund or Exchange on The Purple Sale, Going Going Gone & other Clearance Sales?
Since these are specially created sales which are being offered to our customers at a great discount; therefore return, refund or exchange is not allowed in such cases.
I Paid for My Order using Cash on Delivery Mode, How do I Get My Money Back?
In case of any returns, where the payment was made using Cash on Delivery and you have received a damaged or defective piece, then our cash refund will be done through NEFT. Please do email bank details after return request is accepted.
